13. Fellowship
You share a common goal with your companions, together you will achieve success. Only selfish actions can destroy the results.
At the beginning: Be open and honest when meeting with others.
In the second place: Your beliefs will help you gain acceptance if you are willing to conform.
In the third place: When forced to cooperate with your enemy, keep your goals clear.
In the fourth place: Take some time to assess your role in the situation. What are the abilities you bring?
In the fifth place: Appreciate that you have achieved your goals. Continue on this successful course.
At the top: Work towards univeral goals. It is time to make a positive impact on the world.
Fellowship is about forming a community, joining with others for a common purpose The goals of the community define its reason for being; the individuals define what it becomes.
When you join the community, align yourself with its goals, and you will achieve success.
Working together toward shared purpose, changes occur in each individual as the community matures. Some learn to communicate clearly and honestly when working together. Others need to explore their belief system by refusing to conform. Everyone succeeds to the extent that each conforms with the stated goals.
